CH Group is a medium size firm that provides a broad range of Building Surveyor consulting services to our client’s across Australia. Established for over 12 years, our strong client base includes industry, corporate, church and charitable, and government clients. This offers the opportunity for a significantly diverse and interesting range of projects.
We are specialists and well known in the area of Health and Aged Care having organised and presented at a series of national seminars on behalf of the ABCB and the Federal Department of Health and Ageing on Class 9c buildings. We have many ongoing projects including the largest ever Victorian indigenous community and accommodation development, national building auditing for the Australian Government, child care facilities, commercial developments and residential accommodation, etc.
Given the increasing demand for our consultancy services, Australia wide, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our Melbourne based team. Our offices are located outside the CBD in Seaford which offers a great opportunity for work/life balance. There is also the possibility of having a home office setup for the right applicant.
We believe that the skills and training of a Building Surveyor are also well suited to other building consultancy services outside the traditional Building Approval and enforcement process.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent academic qualification with experience in domestic and commercial projects. The candidate will hold a current Victorian drivers licence and be registered or the ability to be registered with the Victorian Building Practitioners Board as a Building Surveyor – Unlimited.
